use Site Builder's Blogging feature. Blogging will provide a quick way to publish your journal complete with automatic date
and time stamps, color options, archiving of older entries, and more.
Simply go to your Site Organizer > Site Settings for this website and click on Display
a Blog and select the page you wish to publish to and you are ready to add your first entry.
